Yogesh is Chief People Officer, responsible for Persistent’s Global HR, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development Initiatives. Yogesh brings close to three decades of experience in the fields of HR, P&L management, Consulting and Executive Coaching.

Prior to Persistent, he played leadership roles in leading organizations like RPG Group, L&T, Mphasis handling strategically critical roles that included setting up and scaling the HR function to cater to global operations, turning around loss making P&L, post-merger integration, build-operate-transfer deals and talent management at corporate level across diversified domains. In his consulting stint, Yogesh set up a successful consulting practice to work on executive coaching and strategic interventions for a diversified set of organizations across industries.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Yogesh has served on advisory boards of leading management institutes. He regularly mentors coaches in their journey to get credentialed by ICF. Yogesh also published his poetry book in the year 2020. Yogesh holds a master’s degree in HR (MMS) from NMIMS and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF).
